Rishta Properties and Investments, established in 1996, has various properties (Agricultural, Amenity, Residential, Tentative) on proprietors name and is now in the field of land development (layout) in and around Shirdi. Sister concerned firm Rishta Industrial Corporation is in telecom and have thousands of satisfied client base. We are associated with various well known land developers and builders like Sukamal, Venktesh and Mahaveer, Arihant and have a group of active 5-7 technical executives. We are associated with 3-4 groups, who have the experience of total layout selling. Our parent renowned firm Raojibhai Malukchand is in the field of grain wholesale at Solapur for about 105 years. One of our sister concerned firms, Aarkay Builders, is in the building construction field since last 25 years and have completed many prestigious projects in Nashik Road area. 

Our other firm Arihant Builders is in the field of constructions since last five years and completed various residential and commercial projects in Solapur. We were established under the leadership of Mr. Ritesh R. kothadia, a B.E. by qualification, who has a vast experience of 16 years of telecom and 7 years of property in the industry. With his hard work and dedication, the company has reached an epitome of success today with great levels of trust and expectations of clients.
